BBC 6 music error

Hi All

I can't access BBC 6 music (or BBC 2 or 4)

Any suggestions? All other stations I added connected fine. I'm loathe to do a factory reset but if that's what it takes then...

I've done a factory reset and to no avail.
the error i get is:


unavailable, please try later


can anybody help? I have no issue adding other radio stations but BBC 6 is what I'm really after and it's not working. Neither does BBC 2 and BBC 4. I'm using an ethernet connection.

I've just updated the software but this hasn't helped either... any ideas?

Problem solved! I turned off the unit again and was asked to upgrade more software (twice?) when i switched it back on.

This second round of upgrades did the trick.
