I added a Mp3 stream and a Windows Media stream. You can find this station under 'My Added Stations'.

Station List>My Added Stations

Let me know if this helps. If so, what stream works better for you?

Par défaut 2 streams 32k one with MP3 and one with WMA

Hi Kyle!

There is a problem with the MP3 stream!

First of all the WMA works just fine.

The MP3 takes a long time to start playing (on the screen it changes between connecting and loading a number of times). Once it starts playing it does "cut" the sound frequently. During these "cuts" the screen say playing (as I understand it, my radio see no problem with the stream).

What is interesting is that I see the problem even with 32k on the MP3.

Hi Patrick,

So far, we have not found an error on our side with regards to MP3 streams. This could possibly be a problem with your internet connection or even your NetWorks unit. If you would like, you may contact our distributor in your area. They will be able to test out your particular unit to see if this is where the problem is originating.

Hi Kyle!

I contacted the GZ office and they gave me a name here in Shanghai of a local dealer.
I contacted him and got good support from him.

He tested this on the demo unit in the store an saw exactly the same problem as we have seen.

I don't see that this is a unit problem.

I think that you should contact your dealers worldwide to get confirmations that this is working or not.

Please help.

Still not working in NZ. We've tested locally on at least 3 Networks boxes and none of them work. Very frustrating.

Thank you for you patience with this. We have people testing with different setups and in different locations at the moment. I will let you both know when we come up with a solution.
These stations continue to work fine for me. I am thinking that this problem could be related to NetWorks+ units with DAB. This is the difference between my setup and yours. Again, I will report back when our team finds a solution.

Just FYI, I don't have DAB.

I have only FM on my unit.
